Before they were proud owners of EXIT Realty Executives of Blaine, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis, Frank & Bonnie D'Angelo were waiting for the right opportunity to come along - that opportunity was EXIT. Frank made the transitions to real estate from the education industry in 1999. With an immediate climb to the upper echelons in production with the big "red white and blue", he and Bonnie felt stifled by the desk fee dilemma. They explored and researched alternatives with a plan to open their own franchise "It became very apparent in a relatively short period of time that other concepts were complex to explain and didn't seem to compel our colleagues", they said.

They bided their time and in 2005, they discovered EXIT.  "It took us less than an hour to realize there is something really big going on here. The Formula and the EXIT story were simple to tell and very compelling. Not only could we not wait to get involved at the agent level, we decided to pursue a franchise option as well."

Immediately, Bonnie had her identity as a producing agent and they both enjoyed immediate success with their residual income on top of their regular production.
