Willard “Bill” Pankonin is the CEO of EXIT Pankonin Realty, Exit Realty Iowa, Exit Realty Nebraska, Real Estate Funding Group, Inc and Pankonin Property Management.  He has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry for over 25 years.  Having been on both sides of the lending and real estate business, has allowed him to be very successful in his own investment portfolio.  It was this experience that brought his attention to EXIT Realty Corp.  Bill joined the EXIT organization in August 2005.  Among his real estate and loan servicing companies, Bill has also operated an appraisal company.

Cade W. Pankonin, Vice President

Cade Pankonin is the Vice President and Broker of EXIT Pankonin Realty, Exit Realty Iowa, and Exit Realty Nebraska.  He has followed in the footsteps of his father, Bill Pankonin, and his grandfather, Kenneth Pankonin, making this the third generation in the real estate industry.

He started over 10 years ago by managing his father’s real estate portfolio of investments and acquired his own real estate portfolio.  After gaining experience in the investment side of real estate he decided to pursue his real estate career as an agent.  At the same time, he also worked as a loan officer for Real Estate Funding Group, Inc and gained experience in the lending field. Today he is managing the brokerage and aggressively promoting the EXIT Franchise.
